VIBBALL ECHTERNACH is starting!

We are delighted to announce that top quality youth basketball development is coming to Echternach. VIBBALL - starts on the 1st September at 15:00 in the gym of the Youth Hostel in Echternach with the first practice. This unique basketball opportunity is headed up by former Romanian National team player and Luxembourg/Echternach resident Ildikó Vass.

Her vast experience through many of Europe’s top basketball leagues is now being brought to the children of Echternach. Ildiko was a professional basketball player for 24 years playing across seven countries and in 2 European Championships; she won the Francophonie games with the Romanian National Team - a team she had the honour of captaining. Ildiko and her team of high level enthusiastic coaches teach children from the age of 4 in a playful way the skills needed to be successful in basketball and in life, emphasizing sportsmanship, respect, responsibility, leadership and teamwork. We are proud of our association and collaboration with the Commune, Education and the Luxembourgish basketball federation. Our coaching staff looks forward to this exciting new project in one of the most gorgeous and picturesque cities of Luxembourg.
